I am glad to hear that you were able to successfully send and receive emails from the rosehillmontessori account. I still cannot. I do not understand why my other aletia account (for uhlerdesign.com) can work with the same basic email account setup, the same machine, the same software and the same ISP. See the message below.

I am creating a web site for a client and am using Aletia for hosting. Their domain name is rosehillmontessori.org

Here is the problem: I am setting up email accounts, but having trouble sending email through Aletia's pop accounts. I am not having trouble receiving email sent to these accounts, however.

My email client is Outlook Express 5.02 for Macintosh. I am attaching a gif image of my account setup within Outlook. Please see file: rosehill_emailacctsetup.gif.

Note that I also have my own web account (uhlerdesign.com) set up within Aletia and am currently not having any problems sending or receiving email, so I do NOT think it has to do with my ISP (AT&T broadband). I am sending a gif of my uhlerdesign.com email set up within Outlook for you to compare to the one I've set up for trouble-experiencing one for rosehillmontessori.org. As you can see, the two account setups are virtually identical in format, and I am trying to send email from the same machine, with the same software and the same ISP -- yet one works and the other doesn't.

Can you tell me why this problem with the rosehillmontessori.org email is occurring? I need to explain this embarrassing situation to my client and I certainly need to have the problem fixed. Further, how can this problem be avoided in the future with other email accounts I set up for rosehillmontessori.org, uhlerdesign.com, or any other clients I may bring into the Aletia hosting service?
